Visibility matches identity

Fugene Genetics is a company that specializes in making the right decisions, it carefully locates the best tests the market has to offer and markets them in exclusive marketing, as its sub-brand. When we started working together, we noticed that the company's website was not updated, the visibility was outdated and the user experience was not optimal. In addition, the period was a period of growth, Fugene significantly expanded the basket of services it offers and accordingly, its target audiences. The existing site was not built to contain the complexity and abundance that was created.

From a unit to a family

The expansion of the basket of services provided by the company gave birth to new needs and of course - new users. We enjoyed the process of getting to know the products and in the characterization process we chose to produce families of tests according to the needs of the tests. Thus, 5 wonderful families were created for us. We have built a consistent template for all test pages, and at the same time they are differentiated according to the uniqueness of each test and each test family. In this way, we have created clarity for the user so that he quickly understands what he is going to see with each click, and moreover - we have provided him with a convenient platform for comparing the various tests.

Run long distances together

The advantage of working with Fugene was - the long way we did together, before we started the website design. We have accompanied Fugene Genetics for the third year. Trust, good communication and connection brought both parties to a comprehensive examination of the product starting from rebranding to characterization and design of a new website.We understand the company, the people, the management, the products and the customers better. We did a branding process together, graphic design for products and graphic design for campaigns. We built a rich and clean brand identity.

A shelf in a store for genetic tests

When we started thinking about the site together, the values of: quiet, security, order, peace stood before our eyes - and in all stages of the work, these values stood before our eyes. This is how we built the architecture of the site - company>family>unit thinking about the addition of additional products to the product shelves.

Measure of success

The overarching goal according to the clients' brief was to increase the leads coming from the site. The creation of order in the information and the accessibility of the information, the products, the process of exams, providing answers, the relationship with the customer benefited the users of the site and actually increased the leads received from it completely.
